This policy explains what personal information Shanghai Wusuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects through righ-test.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We are a B2B supplier and we collect business contact information in order to answer enquiries and fulfil orders.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, company name, country or region, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, target quantity, target market and the content of your message, submitted through our enquiry forms.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, collected through cookies and analytics tags (Google Analytics 4).
• Order information: billing details, shipping details and payment status, where an order or sample is placed.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices.
• To process and deliver orders, and to provide after-sales support.
• To measure the performance of our marketing and improve our website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated third-party marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (analytics cookies, where required), performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (quotations and orders), our legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, website security and analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.
